Quogue Wildlife Refuge’s 10th Annual Wild Night for Wildlife on July 16 was a wonderful fundraising success thanks to so many individuals and businesses.
First, I would like to thank all of our Sponsors and Supporters, with a very special thank you to Steve Weiner, our Environmentalist Level Sponsor, and to the Belt and de Ropp Family, our Humanitarian Sponsor.
The event featured fabulous food by our friends at Dockers Waterside. We would like to thank Hampton Coffee Company, Sag Harbor Rum, Blue Point Brewing Company, Anna Artuso Pastry Shop, and Martha Clara Vineyards for generously providing our guests with delicious drinks and treats.
A very special thank you to Event Co-Chairs Jessica Insalaco & Timothy Norton, to our entire Benefit Planning Committee, Board of Directors, Bill Ritter of ABC News, staff, and volunteers for working so hard. Many local businesses and artists donated incredible auction prizes, as well as items for the goody bags. Flowers by Rori donated gorgeous centerpieces for the tables, and Aspatuck Gardens generously lent us beautiful plants to decorate the tent.
Quogue Wildlife Refuge has been a very special place in the community since 1934. We strive to continue to provide environmental educational programs year round, care for non-releasable wildlife, and to maintain the beautiful 300 acres of preserved habitats. This is all made possible through the generosity of the community. Thank you!
