Evening Hike, Night Sky Viewing & Astronomy Talk

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM for Astronomy Program
Join Custer Observatory experts and retired SCCC Astronomy Professors, George Lomaga and Bob Farrell, to view celestial objects during “Dark Sky Week.” Enjoy stories and the identification of various constellations that will be overhead in the night sky. This program is weather dependent. Arrive early to Quogue Wildlife Refuge for a Guided 1 mile hike around our Old Ice Pond at dusk. Reservations re required for this free program for adults.
