Walk on the wild side with animal ambassadors from the Quogue Wildlife Refuge! In this workshop instructed by ICP Faculty Andy French students will photograph live animals such as Great Horned Owls, Yellow-Footed Tortoise, and Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches in the style of National Geographic photographer and Fellow Joel Sartore. Through Photo Ark, Joel aims to document every species living in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, inspire action through education, and help save wildlife. Students will use pop-up light boxes to take portraits of the animal ambassadors with their iPhones or SLRs.
If you are a SAC or ICP member, please call the Education Office at ICP to register at 212.857.0001.
