Botany Walk with MaryLaura Lamont

This botanical walk will take folks along the trails of Quogue Wildlife Refuge to find and identify trees, shrubs, ferns, and wildflowers found in a variety of habitats including wetlands and forest. Plan on spending about 2 hours outside and consider wearing tick repellent. Heavy rain will cancel this program. Program led by Hallock State Park Naturalist and Long Island Botanical Society Educational Chairperson MaryLaura Lamont. Space is limited, registration required. $10 for non-members; $5 for 2026 QWR members.

Refund Policy: Program tickets are non-refundable unless we, Quogue Wildlife Refuge, cancel the program due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you decide to cancel, your class fee will be donated to support our mission driven work at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge.
