Celebrate Pollinator Week with Long Island Native Plant Initiative!
Join us on Monday, June 22, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (or until sold out) at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge for a special Pollinator Week native plant sale hosted by the Long Island Native Plant Initiative.
Discover a variety of native plants that support bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other essential pollinators. Milkweed (the host plant for Monarch Butterflies) and other pollinator-friendly native plants will be available for purchase while supplies last. Children can make a Monarch Butterfly mask and visit the Refuge’s pollinator garden!
Come celebrate Pollinator Week, support local ecosystems, and take home plants that help pollinators thrive! Pollinator Week (June 22 to June 26) is an annual celebration supporting pollinator health, initiated and managed by the Pollinator Partnership
