Annual Appeal

Dear Members and Friends,

As the Quogue Wildlife Refuge celebrates 91 years of conservation, education, and community, we’re filled with gratitude for your support and excitement for things to come.

We are entering an exciting new chapter: the long-awaited renovation and expansion of the Charles Banks Belt Nature Center will soon begin, creating new spaces to learn, explore, and connect with nature. But while we prepare for this transformative endeavor, we still need your help today to support our day to day operations.

Each year, your generosity makes it possible for us to care for 305 acres of protected habitat, provide lifelong care to our resident wildlife, deliver environmental education programs to thousands of children and adults, and remain open and free to visit 365 days
a year.

As the year ends, please consider a gift to support our daily operations and programming. Your donation ensures that the QWR continues to be a Refuge for wildlife and a place of wonder for all. Thank you for your generosity during our Annual Appeal.

Sincerely,

Michael J. Nelson
Executive Director
