Step back in time on a guided history walking tour (1.5 miles) at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge. Discover stories and remaining features from Quogue Ice Company. Then, learn how a group of local duck hunters came together in the early 1930s to protect waterfowl and create what began as the Quogue Waterfowl Sanctuary – now celebrating over 92 years as a haven for wildlife and people alike. $10 per person, $5 for 2026 QWR members.
Refund Policy: Program tickets are non-refundable unless we, Quogue Wildlife Refuge, cancel the program due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you decide to cancel, your class fee will be donated to support our mission driven work at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge.
