Indigenous Wellness Walk
June 7 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join us for a restorative wellness hike guided by Chenae Bullock, a knowledgeable and passionate Licensed Indigenopathic Practitioner from the Shinnecock Nation. Rooted in Indigenous teachings and a deep connection to the land, this experience invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature in a meaningful way. Chenae will share insights on mindfulness, plant knowledge, and the importance of honoring our relationship with the natural world. This guided hike is designed to support emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, offering space for reflection, grounding, and community connection. Each participant will also receive a curated wellness gift to support your journey beyond the hike, offering tools for continued care and reflection. $25 per person.
